Do work you can point to on a map
Every role here — engineer, surveyor, data scientist, consultant — ends in the same place: a spatial answer a customer acts on.
Field boots and pull requests, same team
We're a company where platform engineers ride along on survey campaigns and licensed surveyors file feature requests that ship.
That mix is deliberate. Our four business lines — software, surveying, satellite data, and consulting — only work as one company if the people in them talk daily. We write decisions down, we publish methods internally so results are reproducible, and we measure ourselves on whether the customer's question got answered, not on whose department answered it.
Health, fully covered
Medical, dental, and vision premiums covered for you; the majority covered for dependents.
Retirement match
401(k) with company match, vested from day one — no cliff, no waiting period.
Field & flex time
Hybrid by default for office roles; field roles earn schedule flexibility between campaigns.
Learning budget
Annual budget for licensure, certifications (PLS, Part 107), conferences, and courses.
Real equipment
Whether it's a workstation or a GNSS receiver, you get the tool the job actually needs.
Time to recharge
Four weeks of paid time off, plus company holidays and a paid end-of-year shutdown.

Senior Geospatial Software Engineer
Build the mapping, analytics, and data-pipeline features that make GeoGarmeux Atlas the single spatial record for our customers. You will ship browser-based tools used daily by analysts in government, utilities, and construction.
What you'll do
- Design and ship features across the Atlas web client and tile/analytics services
- Optimize rendering and query performance for large vector and raster layers
- Pair with consultants and field crews to turn customer workflows into product
- Review code, write tests, and keep the platform's 99.9% uptime honest
What you bring
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Working knowledge of spatial data: projections, vector tiles, raster processing
- Experience with PostGIS or an equivalent spatial database
- Clear written communication — our specs and postmortems are documents, not meetings
Licensed Land Surveyor
Lead survey crews delivering boundary, topographic, and construction-staking work, and push our LiDAR and drone-photogrammetry practice forward. Your deliverables land directly in customer GIS — analysis-ready, not PDF-only.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead field campaigns: GNSS, total station, terrestrial and aerial LiDAR
- Stamp and certify boundary and topographic deliverables
- Set QA standards for point-cloud classification and photogrammetric outputs
- Coordinate with the Atlas team so field data flows straight into customer platforms
What you bring
- PLS license in Oregon (or ability to obtain by comity within 6 months)
- 4+ years leading survey crews
- Hands-on experience with LiDAR or drone photogrammetry workflows
- Part 107 remote pilot certificate is a plus
Earth Observation Data Scientist
Turn multi-source satellite imagery into monitoring products customers act on — vegetation encroachment scores, change detection, land-cover classification — delivered on a schedule, not in a download queue.
What you'll do
- Build and validate change-detection and classification models on optical and SAR imagery
- Automate ingestion and QA across our satellite data partner network
- Package model outputs as Atlas layers with clear confidence metadata
- Publish methods internally so results are reproducible, not tribal knowledge
What you bring
- 3+ years applied remote sensing or geospatial data science
- Fluency in Python and the modern raster stack (rasterio, xarray, STAC)
- Grounding in ML evaluation — you know when a model is wrong and can say why
- Experience with SAR or time-series analysis is a plus
